Report a technical issue

Open a public issue in the DOMShot GitHub repository. Include the DOMShot version, public URL if safe to share, tool or command used, expected result, actual result, and a sanitized error message.

Never include passwords, cookies, tokens, private URLs, private screenshots, browser profiles, or other confidential data in an issue.

For a private support or privacy question, email me@rubenruiz.dev. DOMShot does not offer emergency support or guaranteed response times.

Service status

If the hosted MCP service is unavailable, retry once after a short wait. For repeated failures, report the approximate time, tool name, and sanitized error category. Use the local agent package when your workflow requires a private or signed-in page.
